Angel City Bakery started with a simple conviction: that the best bread, coffee, and coffee breaks happen when people care about the details. We set up shop on Normandie Ave with flour on our aprons and a commitment to doing things the slow way.
Every morning, our ovens fire up before the neighborhood wakes up. We source local dairy, mill our own flour for certain recipes, and roast our coffee with a small-batch obsession. It isn't the fastest route — but it's the one that tastes right.
